From early childhood, I remember being fascinated with the beauty of crystals in virtually every form I ever saw. Chandeliers had beautifully hanging faceted pieces in so many wonderful shapes and sizes, often with the draped chains of very small crystals, swinging from one arm to the next. With sunlight or candles casting their light on these, the crystals twinkled magically. As a youngster, I collected many crystal objects, feeling each was special.

Life went on. As a mid-teen, I remember my favorite treasure was a clasped strand of faceted crystal beads my grandmother gave me when I was twelve. I adored her and was fortunate that she lived with us from the time I was born until she crossed-over when I was in eighth grade. The crystals had a magical beauty all of their own, and I also felt the love of my grandmother whenever I looked at them or wore them for special occasions. I kept them very safe. They were quite old, and one day the stringing broke. I was dismayed, but found every bead. Mom took me to a jeweler to have them restrung. I was heartsick when we returned to pick up the necklace and found it to be one-half of its original length. The jeweler swore all the beads had been restrung, but we knew this was untrue. Photos of me previously wearing the necklace documented this. Someone else must have thought they were equally beautiful and taken them, and I was terribly sad. For years, I looked in jewelry stores and in antique stores trying to find a crystal necklace that was as beautiful and felt as special as this unique gift from my grandmother, to no avail.

Several more years went by and, as a young adult about to get married, I was thrilled to receive gorgeous, cut crystal goblets, spectacular vases, bowls, plates, and the like, created in many countries, as wedding gifts. I continued to be fascinated with the intricacies of the designs and wondered how people could hand-blow so many of these beautiful items with such precision. After being married several years, and having a son, we traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and, in those days, found several stores in St. Thomas that carried amazing treasures of crystals, porcelain, bronze, etc., from around the world. My crystal collection grew so large so fast that we had to ship many home. I refused to ship one home, though, opting to carry this big, boxed piece on my lap in the airplane all the way home from St. Thomas, USVI, via Puerto Rico and Florida, to San Francisco. This piece was so special I wasn't entrusting it to anyone. It was a good sized, Swedish Kosta clear crystal chunk with an exquisite polar bear carved by a master artisan in great detail, from the back of the chunk in reverse. Hence, the face of the crystal is smooth, and it looks as if you are looking at this polar bear through water.

Of course, there were wonderful stores which specialized in crystals, among other things, in our area which I visited frequently. And when we had business trips to New York and Atlanta, we always found more that we couldn't resist which had to be shipped home, as we were just starting a long trip and couldn't take them with us.

We bought more and more display cabinets and finally a very large home, of which a significant amount was occupied by beautiful crystal objects, including a massive four-foot long crystal chandelier that was a copy of the one in the Palace of Versailles. Finally, we ran out of room to display things. I was content with the acquisition, over the years, of special treasures which brought additional joy and beauty to our home and hearts, and I thought of these items much like personal friends one could just enjoy. We joyfully used these as much as we could, and our guests always seemed to comment about how beautiful and special they were, too.

My life became preoccupied with my family, our son, his education and my career in public education which lasted almost four decades. This combination allowed for little else.

In 1979, I took a very bad fall, after catching my mid-height, high-heeled shoe in some defective carpeting at work. The neurologist stated this injury was similar to falling off a horse and catching one foot in the stirrup, while being dragged by the horse. Some years later, there was no option but knee surgery. My orthopedist was highly respected and the surgery went well, but the healing did not. It took almost a year before my knee was moving reasonably comfortably, in spite of frequent physical therapy.

About ten years later, I had to have the exact same surgery on the other knee. During this

interim, I was just beginning to hear about alternative therapies. I went to the same mainstream orthopedist and said I wanted to try things differently this time. We talked about options, and I said I had heard that crystals could be used to assist in the healing of something like this, both prior to and after surgery, as could soaking the knee in the water at powerful mineral springs. To my surprise, he was willing to give it a try. He gave me two weeks off work prior to the surgery to do this.

I had never bought a crystal for such a purpose before and didn't know where to start. We arrived at our chosen location and went into a crystal store, asking about crystals which might work for this purpose. I was told that after I held a Vogel crystal wand for several minutes to about twenty minutes, I might or might not feel any vibrations. The first one I held for 20 minutes and felt nothing. The second one I held for about 10 minutes before I started feeling it vibrate. I knew nothing about these kinds of vibrations or any other use of crystals other than as beautiful objects, for ex., chandeliers, glasses, goblets, vases, plates, bowls, art objects, etc. Knowing nothing about how crystals worked, I asked the owner, and he said I would be intuitively guided as to how to use it. I remember thinking, "Sure, like I'm really going to believe you." The longer I held it, the stronger it vibrated. Interesting . I wondered why. The owner commented that not many individuals could work with this powerful a crystal, so he suspected it was meant for me. I held it pointed at the side of my knee and could feel everything rotating inside my knee, as if it were the solar system moving at fast speed, relocating things to where they belonged. I could only use it for about ten to fifteen minutes at a time, as the vibrations became too intense. It obviously resonated with me . . . perhaps too much, at first. I came back the next day and tried it again, with the same results, so hesitantly purchased it, not knowing exactly what else to expect.

I used this Vogel wand numerous times each day, increasing the time of use by a minute or two each day, and soaked my knee in the mineral springs' water several times a day, as well. At the end of the two weeks, I returned home, feeling my knee had done some substantial healing during this time, and the surgery would go well, and I would heal quickly. The day of surgery arrived. The surgery went faster than previously, and I walked out of the hospital the same day. The healing time was weeks, instead of a year. Hmmmmmm! Something obviously worked! What's going on here??? My degree was in science from the University of California system, and I didn't have any answers, nor did my friend who witnessed this whole process and whose degree was in engineering.

If anyone had ever told me previously that rocks, minerals, and crystals all had energy in them, I would have laughed and told them I didn't believe it, but Kirlian photography proves, beyond a doubt, that these objects do have energy, showing the energy that emanates from and surrounds them, even showing the color/s of the energy and how far the energy field is. Vogel's work, after he retired from I.B.M. as a highly respected and well known researcher/scientist there, explained how the energy of crystals worked and how they could be used for healing. A number of medical doctors worked side by side with him, witnessing his astounding results on patients. Additionally, his sessions were videotaped so that there was additional proof. And more recently, Emoto (a leading scientist from Japan) has photographed how the crystals in waters change when subjected to differing conditions, including thoughts. It is phenomenal to see the Kirlian and Emoto photos.

Funny how Source wants to make sure when we are perplexed by our experiences, we are sent yet another. To my surprise, we decided to buy another Vogel wand, thinking each of us would then have one to use for personal use, even though we didn't really think we'd need a second one. Some months later, I was in physical therapy for a head and neck injury. My therapist had known me for a number of years and, in the course of asking about each others' lives, Jane commented things had been rough for her, as her best friend, a 43 year old attorney and single mom of an eight year old, who lived 8 hours away, was in very serious condition, and the outlook was not good. The next week I saw Jane, she mentioned her friend had been told by her physician to get her affairs in order, as she only had two weeks to live. She had been on dialysis for years and had a rare connective tissue disorder which was eating away at her body. She required daily blood transfusions at the hospital, so was very fragile.

Synchronistically, we had planned a trip nine days from then, traveling directly through the location where Jane's friend was. We asked Jane to call her friend and ask if she was interested in having us stop by to do some volunteer Reiki and Vogel crystal work on her. Her friend was most grateful, though we could offer no guarantees. When we arrived, we introduced ourselves, asked that the appropriate Divine beings be with all of us throughout all of our work, guide us, and use us as conduits, making sure all was in Divine order and in the highest good. We then did two hours of work, with much time spent with one of us at her head and the other at her feet, being guided where we were and were not to use the crystal. When the energy stopped flowing, we knew we were done.

We were guided to leave the two crystals with Jane's friend while we continued on our trip, showing her how to use them, even without having to hold them, along with showing her how to cleanse them without using water or smudging. We asked if she would like us to stop by on our way back, about 2 weeks from then, and she was agreeable. As my friend and I walked out to the car that night, I asked, "What was that energy that you were blasting at me? It almost propelled me into the ethers!" He looked at me quizzically responding, "I thought you were blasting me out of the room!" We were both familiar with higher level energies as Reiki Masters but never of this magnitude before. We left knowing she had received an awesome healing that didn't come from us. We gave her one more treatment two weeks later of about the same length, and it was just as powerful, again with us being used as conduits. We were guided to leave the two crystals with her, as we were told she would need them for about six months. We did so, then understood why we had really bought the second Vogel wand. Seven years later, Jane's best friend is now leading a relatively normal life, functioning at about the 70% level.

Hence, my interest in crystals as more than just beautiful display pieces and functional objects was born. I occasionally started buying very small crystals, some points, some clusters, and some tumbled stones just because they were pretty, and I thought I should have them around since they were the colors of the chakras or clear quartz, but I wasn't really resonating with them very much. I guess I thought I would "grow" into them, once I'd been around them enough, expecting the resonation to increase. Such was not the case. It wasn't until we were in a huge crystal store that I saw a sphere I commented on that looked like marble fudge ice cream a child would eat, where the chocolate had been almost totally mixed in with the vanilla. Interestingly, it was made of petrified wood. I picked it up and immediately felt its resonance with me. Whoa! This was totally different from any of those other small pieces I bought just to have around that minimally resonated with me. "Marble Fudge", as I named it, came home with me and the more time I spent with it, the more attached I grew to it. It helped me stay grounded (which I desperately needed) and seemed to connect me to a higher source, albeit not on a grandiose scale.

Over several more years, I kept buying more and more crystals. Some were incredibly beautiful and strong energetically, resonating at higher levels with me and connecting me more closely with a higher source. My good friend became interested in one I pointed out, knowing intuitively there was something very special about it. I thought it was meant for me, but it was actually meant for him, and it appears I was simply there to guide him to it. He named this incredibly beautiful and powerful crystal "Eternal Strength", and it has been a pillar of support for him for some years, which he desperately needed at the time.

In the meantime, we were introduced to a number of books on crystals and started learning about their uses for a variety of things, in addition to being beautiful art objects. We also took numerous classes and spent much more time doing energy work, reading energies (of people and crystals, for ex.), doing chakra alignments, channeling, and more. Additionally, I became interested in aromatherapy and created formulas for custom blends for virtually every purpose, after first taking the individual's health issues into account. I also created space-clearing sprays, using organic or wild-crafted essential oils.

As the two of us collected more and more special crystals, we took them with us when we went to special places, like power-spots, knowing we were being guided to be at a particular location at a particular time with certain crystals, but we grew increasingly concerned that some of them were pretty big, some were expensive, and with the temperature changes from warm lodgings to the very cold, then heated car, with snow on the ground in the winter, there was a possibility they could crack, so it didn't seem pragmatic to continue doing so. Source finally gave us the perfect solution which we can only reveal with permission to specific individuals who are ready for this knowledge.

We finally put most of the large number of crystals, of a variety of materials, shapes, sizes, and purposes we had acquired in one location on the mid-Peninsula, off Highway 101, and would go there often to retreat from the seemingly chaotic outside world. The energies were pure, the waterfall was soothing, as was the music, and the lit sculpted rose quartz had a peaceful, loving and heart healing energy about it. The vibrations of the other crystals made the "symphony" complete. Our friends enjoyed being there, especially after a challenging day. We intuitively knew who needed to hold which crystal, or be near it, although at first we didn't always know why. They left feeling totally renewed, asking when they could come back. They were always welcome. And it was they who encouraged us to develop this private oasis of ours into studios for like-minded and like-hearted beings to enjoy. Hence, the business, Crystal Clear Enterprises (CCE), evolved.

Our clients vary widely from those who are delighted by the beauty of the pieces and want them as pieces of art for their homes and/or businesses, to those who want them for their energetic, healing and/or other properties. Some of our jewelry is spectacular, in particular, an amethyst faceted Violet Flame necklace, a charoite necklace, a rose quartz necklace made all of pink hearts, and some attention-getting pieces set in sterling.

The crystals for children are unique and life-changing for those with special needs. One of these young men was such a challenge for the local school system that they sent him to the county system. The county system couldn't handle him either and wanted him to receive just one hour of 1:1 education at his home daily, as they didn't want him to come to school any more. Obviously, his mom was not happy about this, as it totally isolated him from all the other children and gave him a very uneven education. But the county seemed to be the one with the power, with the mother's requests continually denied. We gifted this young man with a crystal which had been specially programmed to help him. It brought about a profound difference in not only his behavior but also his life. In addition, we see children who are Indigos, Crystals, and Rainbows who generally know exactly which crystals are meant for them, and they are indeed unique individuals, as well as other children who are fascinated by crystals and want to learn more about them.

The bronze statues are quite special (one is almost four feet tall), each done individually by families, as are the giant framed photos of sacred items. There is a 350 pound amethyst geode and a 450 pound amethyst piece with a calcite flower in it that can be used as either a coffee table or as a free-standing piece . . . lovely in a Zen garden. There are numerous points and spheres that are astounding, ranging in all sizes, especially the clear sphere with pink mineral in it that weighs over seventy pounds. Many other interesting items can be found, ranging from less than a dollar to expensive.

In one case, one of our clients had "spent the night with us", so to speak, and purchased a number of items. She thought she was done, but I knew there were two more inexpensive pieces which were immediately important for her fiance, so I gifted her with the two dollar piece of rough emerald and a thirty dollar green Andara. She called me a week later to let me know the piece of rough emerald had totally opened her fiance's third eye, much to the delight of both of them.

We have been totally guided ever since deciding to create the studios to purchase only those crystals that are an excellent match for people who are specifically being guided to find us. We have learned to trust to the max. At one time, we were trying to find two specific individuals whose crystals are superb and from whom we wanted to purchase items, yet we only had their first names and knew nothing else about them, except what their nationality was. Airplane seats which weren't previously available became available, as did housing, at the last minute, and after arriving, we asked around to see if anyone knew either of these individuals. Within an hour, one man said, "I know who you are looking for. Let me call him and tell him". He then directed us to where the man was staying, about a block away. We have been friends and clients of his ever since. The other we found totally by synchronicity shortly thereafter. Another time, I hesitatingly selected about eighty items one day, continually asking Source if all of these were necessary at the time and was told, "Yes", and the next day, seventy-eight of those items were purchased by one client.

We are probably unlike any establishment you know. Even the tiniest of crystals are individually hand-selected energetically, while we are tuned in to Source. Each and every crystal and object that goes into the studios immediately goes into "quarantine" after purchasing it until it is pristine clean, before being moved into the studios.

We knew from the beginning that we were guided to be open only by appointment, and we were to act as crystal matchmakers between the crystals and their prospective owners, with Source guiding us to the crystals to purchase for specific individuals in advance. Then, when that client arrives, if asked, we tune into what is wanted and/or needed, helping to find the appropriate crystal/s that resonate/s at 98% -100% with the individual and with the Universe. Often, we find them to be 100% matched in both areas. At these levels, very powerful work can be done. We work with our clients if they need help learning how to tune in and use the crystals and clear their chakras/energy fields, if necessary, as well as in many other ways, including cleaning their crystals.

Often profound healings have occurred just by being in the energies of the studios which are kept pristine clean. We have had several clients show up for a late afternoon or dinner-time appointment and still be with us at 3 a.m., or even 6 a.m. the next day. With these clients, we know to remind them to bring snacks to keep their brains and bodies functioning, and we'll provide the bottled water. In spite of this, we work primarily from the heart. We also familiarize clients who are new to using the crystalline light as to its usefulness in daily living, if interested.

We have been gifted from Source, through a variety of channels, with some amazingly sacred pieces, as well as many others. Some of the sacred ones are temple pieces from Lemuria, Atlantis, Egypt, Persia, Tibet, the Himalayas, the Toltecs, Central America, an underwater temple off the coast of Bali, and even the lost civilization of Mu. These come to us "cloaked" so that only those who are supposed to be with them will recognize their energies. In order to do this, they have to be willing to uncloak for you. We can uncloak most of these crystals, as we have previously worked with most of these, and they trust us. There is one, however, that will only uncloak for its intended owner. With the very sacred crystals, and some others, Source will not allow us to sell these crystals to anyone other than the intended owner, so we have to have permission before we can sell these. Some are so sacred that we are not allowed to show them to anyone except their intended owner, nor is anyone allowed to take photographs of them, without Source's permission.

Some of our crystals do Universal work and are here, we sense, permanently. Hence, they are not for sale. Some others are here and "in training" for a certain amount of time. Others, yet, are here for a limited time to do a particular job and cannot be sold until that job has been completed. The majority are for sale, however, and we do custom orders to meet a client's specific needs.

We have never done any advertising before, we are not listed in the phone book, nor are we on the net, per Source's directive. We just received the message from Source that it is now time for us to advertise in this magazine, probably related to the ascension of the planet, as well as many of us, so we are doing so. We trust that you who are meant to find us will and, in so doing, will find those items that are intended just for you. We look forward to meeting you. We always do our best to provide excellent service, as our goal is to match you to your crystal/s, not sell you something that's not right for you.

It is often a profound experience for us to see the reaction of a client when they have connected to "their" crystal. Some show such immense joy. Others cry. Some state they have known this crystal forever, and there are those who are speechless, searching for words to express how they feel. This is why we have such passion about what we do and go to such great lengths for a "by appointment only" business.

In fact, sometimes a crystal is not meant for you to purchase, but rather there is part of a "download" housed in the crystal which you may need and Source wants you to have. We can help arrange for that to happen, should you choose.

We also provide extremely flexible hours and are often available to meet most days throughout the year, including many holidays. We do request a minimum of 12 hours advance notice for those desiring early a.m. appointments, as this allows us to check with Source as to which crystals we are supposed to have in the studios especially for you. We have to energetically go through stored inventory in order to do this. (We cannot get into the building after 10 p.m. but can stay in it, once inside.) Otherwise, 4 hours advance notice is usually adequate. If you miss us, please leave a voice message. Sometimes we don't get reception in parts of the building. We will return your call as soon as we are able.
