Alchemical divinations are processes of structured intuitive inquiry, using light-fire yoga methods for a mildly expanded state of consciousness. We work in the spirit of the Roman deity Janus, god of doorways, passages and transitions, whose two faces look in a balanced way into the past and the future. In this process each person starts by acknowledging their present world, their present field of awareness and identity, as a multidimensional system of interrelationships.
Using focused meditative regression, we can connect with unresolved or incomplete aspects of our past experience, especially in the formative years of childhood and youth, to "re-member" and integrate those into our present sense of who we are. This leads to a deepened sense of self and its history, and greater freedom to make choices in the present. Using focussed meditative visioning, we can search for guidance about our probable and possible futures – in work, relationships, creativity and spiritual growth. This leads to a heightened sense of self and its potentials, and greater power to realize our highest aspirations.
